Limitations of folder password protection

While password lock protects your contents from prying eyes when using Eagle, please keep in mind that these files are still accessible via explorer or file managers.

Eagle will not change your original file data at will, so please note that password protection does not provide actual encryption of your data on disk, they are stored unencrypted.
