How to Fix Microsoft .NET Framework Error
Note: Eagle App Windows version uses Microsoft programs to run our software. One of them is Microsoft .NET Framework. If .NET Framework has an issue, Eagle App may not work properly. Therefore, please ensure Microsoft .NET Framework is installed on your device to run Eagle App Windows version normally, without it may cause Eagle App to have errors or crashes
To fix Microsoft .NET Framework error, please refer to the following solutions:
Solution 1: Install/ Reinstall .NET Framework
To have Eagle App run successfully .NET Framework is required, one possibility could be that your device does not have .NET Framework installed.
- Download .NET Framework 4.5.2 (For Windows 7)https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=42642

Solution 2: Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool
Microsoft .NET Framework repair tool detects and tries to fix some frequently occurring issues with the setup of Microsoft .NET Framework or updates.
If you have Microsoft .NET Framework already installed but Eagle App still does not work properly, you can download the "Microsoft .NET Framework Repair Tool" to repair it.
- Download Microsoft .NET Framework repair tool
https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/microsoft-net-framework-repair-tool-is-available-942a01e3-5b8b-7abb-c166-c34a2f4b612a - Double-click "netfxrepairtool.exe" to install -> Agree with the license terms -> Next -> Next -> Next.
- When the screen is shown as below, press Finish to complete the repair.
Solution 3: Run SFC Command (System File Checker)
SFC command is a built-in utility in the Windows system. We can use it to scan and repair important files that may be damaged or lost in the current system, it can also help us repair the .NET Framework error caused by system error.
- Click the Windows menu in the lower left corner and search for "cmd", right-click "Command" > select "Run as administrator".
- Type "sfc /scannow" and press enter.
- Wait for the program to end.
- After the SFC command is completed, restart your computer and restart Eagle App, and your issue can be resolved.
Solution 4: The Environment Variables have been modified
If the Environment Variables of your device have been modified, it could also cause Eagle to stuck in the launching session. In this case, you can try the following steps to restore the Environment Variables to default settings:
- Open the file manager, right-click on "This PC", then select "Properties"
- Click "Advanced system settings" on the left
- Select Environment Variables
- Check the menu on the above, see if the"TEMP", "TMP" variables are default.
- If not, please select the variable and click "Edit"
- Modify the Variable value to %USERPROFILE%\AppData\Local\Temp” (%USERPROFILE% means the root directory of the current user's profile.)
- Save and reopen the Application.
